Then each one springs to life as a personalized and interactive element that can share information, direct attention and even house our automations.
But They're Even More than That
Our Website Widgets aren't solely confined to your website. The can be shared anywhere that you can place a link online. That means social media (think bio links), author boxes on guest posts and within press releases.
As cool as that is, this is even cooler. Because every Welcome Widget is it's own link, that link can be converted into a QR code and shared offline as well. Point of purchase displays, any marketing collateral or signage and even inserts that go out with all orders.
We use them to introduce and house a lot of our automations but they can be used for almost anything.

How can Welcome Widgets help my business?
Welcome Widgets can be used on your site to greet visitors, build rapport and position you as the expert in your field. They can also ask for reviews and testimonials, including powerful video testimonials or user generated content. We like to use a Welcome Widget to highlight our automations like our Booking Bot and Site Support. A short video before the visitor begins using the automation can often clarify the process and benefits. Because each Welcome Widget can also be shared as a link or a QR code, they can be distributed everywhere online and offline. In other words, there is a LOT more to a Welcome Widget than what first meets the eye.
How do Welcome Widgets work with your other automations?
We currently don't have a direct integration between our automations and Welcome Widgets but they do play well together. Our AI-powered automations display and perform nicely within a Welcome Widget but they're not able to pass data between one another yet.
Who can benefit from Welcome Widgets?
Almost anyone. You don't even need a website to benefit from Welcome Widgets as they can be shared anywhere. That said, if you're the face of your business and you're an expert at what you do, you'll see the most benefit. Or if you're the one doing the selling, you'll find that a Welcome Widget will facilitate the sales process because it will build rapport for you automatically.
When will I get access to my account?
We're working on an automation to create accounts immediately but we're not there yet. As such, we will create your account manually and email you your account details once ready. This is usually within an hour or two but may take up to 24 hours in unusual cases.
Do I need technical skills to set up Welcome Widgets?
Nope. Our dashboard is very simple to navigate and you'll get the hang of it in no time.
How long can each video be?
Welcome Widget videos are limited to 2 minutes each.
Is my information safe?
Absolutely. All of your data is stored in our SSL-encripted database and only you will have access to it. We can also delete your data after this automation runs but you will probably want to maintain access to your universal inbox as it is such a convenient tool. Totally up to you.
